It’s disgusting that the room toilet is full of urine smell and the room (such as wall lamps and air conditioner vents) is full of dust.

Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.

The room was tidy and clean. Their reception and breaksfast restaurant you may go to its sister Hotel "The Hey Hotel" just next to the Guesthouse. The breaksfast environment and quality was impressive. The location was excellent near the famous main street / Interlaken West station. To Interlaken Ost station, better by bus but never wait a long time or if don't mind to walk on main street for shopping or restaurants.
