"Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!"

The location and amenities can't be beat - waterfront, huge deck and backyard, and immediately next to magnificent parks with long walking and biking paths. The home itself worked great for our group and the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!!"

"This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️"

"Would return. Very pleasant and helpful desk manager when we arrived. Only issue: toilet kept running and the float had to be manually adjusted after each flush. Otherwise a good stay."

"We stayed with a party of 9. 5 adults and 4 children. Four queen beds and an air mattress accommodated all of us. Property was clean and as described. Location is close driving distance to several beaches as well as Newport. Walk from the house to beach is a bit lengthy and straight down hill which makes for a more difficult up hill walk back. Nice area and nice home. I would recommend."
