“The first and lasting impression of this B&B style 3rd floor suite was the attention to detail, decor, comfort AND beautiful spacial design. Nothing was missing for comfort nor convenience. “Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. “I booked this property for a weekend getaway for my 50th birthday. There were 7 of us total and the house was perfect. Everyone had a bed, the layout was conducive to entertaining and the outdoor space was amazing. We decided to stay in the first night because it was so comfortable - hung by the pool, burgers on the grill and smores by the fire. We were close to the town beach and several local restaurants as well. The booking process was super easy and Tejal was extremely responsive……

“I recently stayed here with my two daughters and their boyfriends. The weather might not have cooperated, but the house surely made up for that. The second you walk in the door, it is absolutely beautiful all the details a wonderful outdoor shower it felt like going home. And you could walk to the beach in about five minutes which was the best part and it had a beautiful deck and a lawn that all the kids got to stay up at night and play cornhole. Can’t wait to go back to this place, amazing……

“Great home for a family getaway! Lots of places to sit - living room, large kitchen table for eating and also playing games, and lots of room to meet in the backyard including a firepit. Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
