“This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

“We arrived by ferry for a two day stay. The house is just up from the ferry in a good location with nice views of the bay. One thing I would have liked to know before booking is that there is a boil alert for the island meaning you can't drink the water and have to bring water with you. The house was very comfortable and it was nice to drink coffee in the morning in the sunroom. There were a lot of extra fees that drove up the price. Not sure I would rent a place like this in the future.”
