"This place was great!! This is my second time booking and I’d stay here again. The only suggestion I’d make is the WiFi, the first time we stayed we were closer to the office and it worked GREAT! This time we were further away and it wouldn’t work most of the time. Other than that, I love this hotel! Walking distance to Disneyland! "

"The location was excellent, and the pool was fantastic! However, the rooms felt outdated, and the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. You can only dine or drink at the restaurant on the top floor if you have reservations. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the claim that the 2-bedroom suites offer views of the fireworks, but that wasn't quite accurate. Overall, our stay was okay. I wouldn't choose to stay here again."

"My husband got food poisoning the first night we were there from a chicken quesadilla that he ordered at the bar. The rooms were older and had a funky smell. The water in the shower was either really cold or really hot. The best part was being close to the park but I would not stay again. "

"First and most importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. The door latch was missing, and the door itself did not properly secure. I have both photos and video documenting this issue. Due to this, I was unable to rest and had to physically barricade the door using furniture (a chair and a nightstand) to feel any sense of security. Additionally, the room had a strong cigar smell despite being booked as a non-smoking room, which made the environment very uncomfortable. There were also multiple maintenance issues: The ice machine on my floor was not working The hot tub was out of service Staff informed me there was no maintenance personnel available overnight When I contacted the front desk regarding the broken door and safety concern, I was told I would have to wait until 6:00 AM for assistance. This response was unacceptable given the seriousness of the issue. To make matters worse, there was a high-speed police chase that ended directly in front of the hotel during the night. Given that my room was not secure, this situation significantly increased my fear and anxiety and prevented me from sleeping at all."

"The hotel was extremely clean, about a 15 minute walk to the park (safe area), and staff were friendly. Onsite food was OK. I appreciated the little gift shop for convenience items including a decent wine selection. Great value for the price!"

"I have visited Anaheim two to three times a year and have stayed at numerous hotels around the Disneyland area so the only two things about the Tropicana Hotel that were good was location and their Valet attendants other then that overpriced for what you get front desk not very informative or helpful beds uncomfortable definitely will not stay there again wish it would have been "
