"I was surprised by the large rooms. check in was easy and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Extra towels and washcloths were brought to room within 5 minutes of asking. Cleanliness is very important to me and it was great. The tub drain needed to be snaked, it took awhile for the water to drain. Room 203. Other than that 5 stars. I loved that it was 2 blocks from the boardwalk, close for access but quiet for sleeping."

"The house was just as advertised. Nice and clean and the location is great. It’s close to all the hot spots at the beach but in a nice residential area so less congested. The beach access is a short walk and the beach was clean and not too crowded."

"This home was a nice, quiet, and cozy place for our weekend stay in VB. The host was very easy to communicate with. Home is close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space. Only suggestions for the property is to provide dish towels for the kitchen. Overall.... great stay, no complaints. Thank you so much to this host for opening their home to us!"

"We had two families with 4 adults and 3 young kids. This home is great with so much open space. Walkable to most things we wanted to do/places we wanted to eat. The adults used to live in VA Beach before we had any kids, so we felt right at home!"

"Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...

"A group of us traveled in from Pittsburgh to catch a show at the pavilion. The town is quaint and quiet but has a lot of food/drink options and is very walkable. The pavilion was very nice as well. The home was clean and had plenty of space for us to be there for the short times that we were not out enjoying the town. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were proactive in making our experience a good one. Thank you!"

"Communication and checking in and out was good. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. My father and I were in town for the Point Break festival so we didn't spend much time at the house. It suited our needs nicely."

"The place is dated but worked for our needs. Elevator was a plus, the incline on the stairs is daunting! Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. A few of the mattresses were could use updating or at least a mattress topper for comfort. All in all it’s a rental property on the beach, coffee in the morning watching the dolphins is worth it"

"8 minute walk to the beach. Perfect space for family of 3 with a dog. 2017 Kia Sorento fit in garage with a roof top cargo container. Tight squeeze to get out of the car but the car fit. Yes there are jets frequently flying over but that’s what you get when booking in this area. Loved the space! Convenient location to all activities we did!"
