“Well designed newly built structure so we never imagined that we'd encounter bug infestation. We removed from the bedding insects that we saw but were bitten by bugs during the night. We notified management so hopefully they'll secure competent pest control services.”

“The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.”

“This property has so much potential, stayed a couple of years ago and it was great. I wanted a top floor balcony room with a lake view. I made a mistake when reserving the room and got a first floor pool view room instead. I was told there were no other rooms available but was assured as soon as one was available we would be moved. We stayed for a week, never notified of a different room. The pool was dirty, it was never cleaned and the pump and filters were either not working or never turned……

“Staff was not very friendly and it took a couple of times calling on the phone to get information because a child was playing with the phone. There was no swimming pool and the information needs to be updated on Expedia. We requested a downstairs room because my husband recently had back surgery and I was traveling with my 83 year old mother who has mobility issues. I notified them on Monday via email I needed a downstairs room and we didn’t check in until Friday. They had four days to respond……

“Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.”

“VERY CLEAN, NICE STAFF BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON OUR COMPLAINTS ABOUT KIDS BANG AND JUMPING UP AND DOWN IN THE ROOM ABOVE US DURING THE NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING. BEST FREE BREAKFAST WE HAVE EVER HAD. POOL OUT OF ORDER.”
