"Loved the breakfast in the morning. We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately did not have our room cleaned while we were there. Housekeeping did not come at all during the day but came at approximately 7pm each night, when we had returned to our room. Overall the front desk staff were helpful and welcoming with the exception of one overnight staff person. We asked for water and she told us the 2 bottles in our room (for 4 people) were all they could offer us, however my husband walked around the corner and saw a water pitcher. It could have been helpful to just direct us to this pitcher."
