I would rate it better, but it lists no smoking, but the moment you open the door the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. We opened windows when possible and used the fabric freshener found under kitchen sink, but it did not help. It makes the property a place we would not return to in the future."

"Paradise Blue was the perfect property for my family's vacation last week (June 2026). The location at the water's edge in Palm Cay was terrific, we found the house clean, and a terrific layout for eight guests. Communication was easy, with instant follow up when I reached out to the owners. The Palm Cay facilities were valuable - we used the pickleball courts, gym, paddleboards, beach, and Ink Bar. The Pink Octopus restaurant was close, with an appealing menu of drinks and food. I would eagerly book this property again, we had a fantastic vacation and fun time together as a family."
