No railing along the front entrance steps. Very steep set of stairs to climb which lacked a railing halfway up. The bedroom was nicely appointed. The in-room bathroom was tiny & awkward to use. Everything was very clean. Condition of the premises was old and definitely needs a complete renovation/\[aint job. No deadbolt on the door. Surface run "bell wiring" around the doorway to an unknown load. None of the receptacles were grounded. The television set up was awkward with no way to arrange the cable box and TV on the same stand.
