“Paid for room, got there 4 hrs later to be told there were no available rooms. How do you pay for a room and then one isn't available?”

“We were VERY disappointed in our stay. We booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and we looked forward to enjoying it in the 90+ degree heat. Unfortunately the pool was algae green either no evidence of a pump to even circulate the water let alone proper chemicals. We tried to make the best of it and enjoy the sunshine but when we sat on the lounge chair it crumpled to the ground. It was only after this that we noticed all of the Lou gets were broken.”

“My stay was disappointing. The front entrance floor mats were extremely dirty, creating a poor first impression. I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The front desk was often unattended, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the staff member was rude and unwelcoming. The complimentary parking was a positive feature. However, breakfast was disappointing because the hot water was only lukewarm. In addition, the shower in my room never produced……
