“I really don't even have anything bad to say. We had an issue with our room upon checking in and the night desk guy made it right immediately. It was a rather nice stay. Not a 5 star hotel but man give them a chance because they're trying to be. 😁👍”

“My wife and I enjoyed the Westin Lake Mary, while I was there teaching a Saturday workshop and we will be back. The property was clean, we had a nice room. If there is any negative feedback I have is that the front desk could be a little more friendly, and attentive coming from someone who spent over 20 yrs in the industry, and the restaurant hostess needs more training on the restaurants menu etc. but she was very friendly otherwise.”

Für die Küche in den Zimmern muss man wissen, dass es weder Teller noch Besteck gibt. Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. ”
