We love the way Embassy Suites keeps the interior open and makes you feel like you are at a resort. This is our second stay, the first was in Denver, and it was excellent. The staff are attentive, the quiet time is appreciated and although there were a few hundred kids at some sporting event we were not bothered by them. If we are not staying at a real resort, we book Embassy Suites.

Nice beautiful hotel .. love breakfast accommodations only thing ..in the room air conditioner was not functioning.. repair man couldn’t do anything wasn’t offered a change of room .. due to global computer issues

I was supposed to have a room with a double bed for my family of five , However I got a single bed and couch bed that had no sheets on it. I had to walk and get sheets from the front desk just to have to put it in myself at 1 in the morning. Not only that at the breakfast lounge they were not bringing out any food . We had no Wi-Fi as well.

Everything was fine until bedtime when it sounded like someone was literally sawing through our ceiling. We called the front desk to notify them and within 10 minutes, the noise disappeared.

I have stayed jn manynembassynsuit3s abd the quality of this one was poor. The remodel was awful and seemed cheap. Their answer to fixing a hole or a nick on the wall was to slap some paint or calk on it. The breakfast (also a reaso we choose these hotels) was very limited compared to others weve stayed at. Although l, your front desk night clerk, black women with ling braids, was absolutely amazing
