"We had a large family gathering for a wedding. This place offered a convenient location and a ton of room for everyone. Be careful with the Murphy bed, the little stand slips on the floor. It fell down twice because of slipping. The only complaint I have is the high cleaning fee. I didn’t expect to be asked to wash, dry, and put away dishes, strip all beds and start laundry, and take out the trash with such a high fee."

"This location was excellent for our group of 7 and super comfortable. Property is very spacious and provides the perfect ambience for a get away. Proximity to the pool which was literally steps away from the backyard was convenient with little ones. Beach was also close by, about a 10 minute walk. Facility was clean and host was responsive."

"This was our first visit to Corpus to join extended family, in- laws for Thanksgiving. Seven stayed at Mermaid Cove and absolutely loved it. Large dining room so we hosted dinner, plenty of room for 14. Well equipped kitchen to prepare everything, including an instant pot! Bed are so comfortable! "Wonderful complex and very clean. The pool was fantastic for my boys to play in and the condo even had extra beach toys that we were welcome to use (GREAT benefit when you are flying!). Had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for us! Thank you!!"

"Great end unit condo with two balconies providing gulf views plus a balcony and patio overlooking the heated pool and pool area with shower, bathroom, picnic tables and three charcoal grills built in for community use. A few small issues were quickly corrected by the management and owner. 👍"

"The property is in a great location, close to the beach and places to eat. The only problem with the rooms was the shower in the master bedroom. It had virtually no water pressure. The other shower worked OK. We will come back next year."
