“Nice”

“Jessie, a staff member here, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He was very friendly and suggested a restaurant, which turned out to be awesome. He brought us some coffee pods when our room wasn't cleaned because we stayed in the room after the hotel cleaning staff went home. The other staff members greeted us when we came in and left and were helpful. Out of all the times I have stayed at a hotel, Jessie stands out as one of the friendliest and most helpful staff members.”

“Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”

“When we arrived and unpacked we noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain in master bedroom. They asked if we wanted to move to another unit but it would have been an inconvenience so assistant manager came after awhile and installed shower curtain. There is some water damage to window sills and near ceiling fan. We planned on using the bbq pit but it really needs to be replaced. Pool needs more lighting at night. Railing going inside unit really needs to be fixed asap. Other than some safety……

“Location to beaches”

“Air conditioner did not keep room cool at night. My bed was horrible and blanket had stains all over both beds. Toilet would not even flush properly Friday night and then Saturday would not flush at all in the morning or that night. Would not recommend staying there ”

“We were greeted by trash thrown all over the stairs that we had to walk around to get to our 2nd floor room. It was mostly empty which was comfortable. Ice machines were all broken so if you stay here, spring for the room with he fridge & microwave. Toilet was crooked & at a weird angle so you couldn’t sit comfortably. I only booked here bec breakfast is listed as an amenity but it was abysmal. There was only bagels & toast for food. The coffee maker had fruit flies all over the drip catcher.……

“I enjoyed my stay. I wish there was a table and chair in the room (209). For an extended weekend, it would have been nice to eat my meals on it. There seemed to be enough room for one. Other than that, an excellent visit. Thank you”

“Good room and area , the only thing was the room we were in had a creepy drawing face on the mirror but other than that 10/10”
