Make sure to purchase Beach Permit prior, at Stripes Convenient store. Some times the Beach Permits are "sold-out' by sales reps who are directly on the Whitecap Beach.
My only tip is stay there longer or plan for a full day, we didn't make it back there and I regret that...it was awesome!!!
