We were traveling to Listowell during the holidays. It was our first time in this area. We picked this place without knowing much about it. Its not fancy by any stretch, but its clean, its easy to park and drop your stuff, you’re 5 minutes drive away from a bunch of restaurants. Its perfect if you’re in the area.

Check-in was easy and good reception received. Is an outdated hotel that is still kept up nicely. The room was clean, quiet and cozy and is a smoke-free property. Lots of parking is directly in front of your room, for amenities (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ice and a vending machine) and 2 bottles of water and cookies in the room were a nice touch.

Beds were super comfy. The light switch for washroom is on outside wall of bathroom, so you have to light the whole room up when you use the washroom at night. Hard not to disturb your room mates.

This is a very nice motel. It was very clean, loved that parking is directly in front of your room. I also loved that there were patio doors to the back with a balcony. Was convenient and fun for our Grandson to go back and forth between our two rooms by way of the long balcony in the back. I called the front desk that my TV didn’t have a signal. He was literally at our door in 10 seconds and fixed it for us. Thank you

It’s definitely a -Country- Inn

This is the only hotel nearby, so there aren’t really many options to begin with. That being said, my overall experience was good (except for some noisy people in the room upstairs, which I reported to reception, but it wasn’t really addressed); it’s close to the town and in a quiet area, and unless you have noisy neighbors, you should have a pretty decent night’s sleep. The room is not too big, but there’s still a pretty decent amount of space for you to move around. The place looks kind of stuck in time (in a good way), but it really has -almost- everything you might need during your stay.
