“We only stayed one night and the total stay was about 14 hours as we just wanted to visit Shawshank Prison while passing though. But it was a great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. It is 10 min from Shawshank and near so many other things. Bathroom was clean, shower was great, breakfast was great. Free parking, pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here.”

“The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.”

“The room was very nice and updated. However there bathroom was not the cleanest. When I closed the bathroom door there was a pile of old dog hair and I don’t have any pets.”

“The pool closed at 11 pm for children and stayed open until 12 AM for adults. When we went down stairs to enjoy a kid free experience in the pool and hot tub at 11:30 there was a group of children in the pool. We left the hotel at midnight and arrived back close to 1 in the morning and there was still a group of kids and adults in the pool area screaming and being loud. We can hear them running through the halls during the night. Although this was more of a guest issue, I feel the staff should……

“I love the pool”

“The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”

“It was ok, nothing fancy but good for a few nights stay, there weren’t very many people there, ”

“It smelled bad, as soon as you walked in the door. The place was rundown and a mess. Christmas decorations still up..”

“This is the worst hotel i have visited in 20 years. Not only is it dirty, but i found bugs under the sheets and watched several drug deals and ladies of the night outside my room. ”

“I don’t think our room was cleaned at all. Front desk came up and cleaned the dirty toilet. Used loofah in the shower. ”

“Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.”
