“Belle chambre”

“Je ne suis pas très regardante quand je ne passe pas tellement de temps dans une chambre. Mais au prix que c’était, et l’état de la chambre, c’était un gros non. Le personnel est bien gentil, mais je n’ai pas l’impression qu’ils nettoient, sinon c’est les yeux fermés. J’ai payé la moitié du prix pour un motel downtown Montréal et non seulement, toutes les fois que j’y suis allée c’était propre, mais il y avait le déjeuner d’inclus. Mais ce n’est pas un facteur majeur, juste un bonus. Mais quand……

“The check-in ‘cage’ reminded me of a prison visit but that could’ve been manageable if it weren’t for my husband finding a bigger bed bug, we think, under the one mattress. We were forced to stay last minute in Montreal and couldn’t find any other accommodation (other than Ritz Carlton for $3800/night) so paid around $450 for one star motel. The rooms are renovated and nicely appointed with comfortable bed/mattress but i didn’t sleep as was too busy‘counting’ bed bugs?!”
