"The place was perfect with the exception of being one bedroom. Based on the photos we thought it was two bedrooms, but there is a couch sofa. Its also not walking distance to the tourist areas or shops. It was normally a 30 minute commute to our activities. The place was very modern and clean. The host was friendly and responded promptly with all messages. I would highly recommend for a small family, solo trip, or couples trip. "

"Beautiful, spacious, poolside suite with ocean view and a quiet, family-friendly vibe. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, two ovens, microwave, huge fridge; washer and dryer in the suite; snorkeling gear free to borrow for the entire stay. On-site restaurant was good, a little pricey, but terrific wait staff who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Jonathan and concierge staff were responsive and attentive. The only issues during our stay were a 4-hour power outage because of utility company work on the road -- not the property's fault and they gave us a treat for the inconvenience -- and a pesky lock on the sliding doors. We loved it there and definitely would stay there again. Rum Point is a great location if you want a peaceful vacation with lots to enjoy and none of the more crowded feel we sensed in 7-mile beach area. "

"Our entire family of 7 adults and 4 kids greatly enjoyed this house. It is clean, very private with a big sandy beach and shade by the ocean. The house has everything to keep all of the ages in our group entertained. The crib and playpen was appreciated. The house layout makes it feel spacoius. Our adult children and grandchildren loved having their own bathrooms. The kid games and books were a hit. The patio shade was nice and it has a lot of beach towels. With our large group, the only issue we ran into was refigerator space, but we simply did another grocery delivery order, later into our stay once there was more room in the fridge again. The owners are very responsive and even messaged to check on us during our stay. We would stay here again. "

"Rooms clean--floors do not go bare foot--your feet will turn black. Nice to have cooking things, save few meals eating at home. large family--However the pains are old and the Teflon is coming off pains are in ruff shape. The toilet seat I fixed-- we had to go buy soap for the dishwasher to clean our last dish and laundry soap for the towels-Per request of manager we clean our own things. We did get a heads up-Victor was coming out for the septic--the tank is by the pool--So I taken my family out for the smell is bad. I understand--Friday another guy shows up--blowing leaves for over an hour--gas blower very loud-then as we are by the pool comes up and talks to use for over a hour 1/2--He shouldn't have to work two job's--should be home drinking a beer-He is a botanist at gardens--Has kid in England going to school--list goes on and on about his personal life--what I learned about him was a lot and how exceptive thing are hear he should not have to work that hard. I am a labor my self--This was a trip of lifetime I saved up for- He came out Friday because he is busy tomorrow Saturday. This was a hug expanse for me--Week latter it is still bothering me-- Renting this home is 1/4 of my income for a year--home is amazing---Trip of lifetime --felt like i was still at work. Views were great---"
