Surprisingly , there was no information in the room about services or how to contact the staff. We were unaware whether there was an office that you could visit to ask questions about room cleaning ,or change of bedding and towels etc. Advised by email before check out of what time to leave and to just leave the room key in the unlocked apartment when we left. Local shop and restaurant were very good. Parking was no problem and the room was quiet. And the second night the kitchen and bath faucet had water while the shower water dried up while in it. Management offered both times to change rooms. We took them up on the offer the second night and we’re pleased as the other building had no problems with water pressure. This was the second year in a row staying at the hotel and we will stay there again as long as the water pressure problems are resolved."
