Rum Point was on a ten-minute drive and a great place for several of our excursions including Stingray City, Starfish Point and the Bioluminescence Tour."

"Check-in was easy and house was very clean! Instructions were clear as to who to contact for anything, and Roy and Alex were responsive and extremely helpful! Things for future guests: there is a small cooler to use for the beach, plenty of beach towels, and plenty of snorkeling gear for 9 of us (with all sizes too). There was no cooking oil, charcoal for the grill, coffee, salt or sugar; so you’ll want to get those things at a grocery store near Georgetown before coming to the North Side. It happened to be really windy during our week, but you can still snorkel; we loved playing volleyball and cornhole, and kayaked when the surf was a little less rough. Short drive to Rum Point and Kaibo beach club if you want someone to bring you drinks or make you lunch on the beach. We utilized the kitchen for all breakfasts, most lunches and one night of dinner, and everything worked great. It was also great that each room has its own full bathroom AND that there is a bathroom outside! I highly recommend this house and I would definitely stay there again (which is saying a lot because we usually only stay in rentals that have gym equipment-we were able to swim, snorkel, and do strength and yoga on the patio every day, so it was fine. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is having a WiFi extender for outside(perhaps in bar?)-we had to stay very close to the house to use the WiFi for group workouts. (Portable speakers would work off our phones, but laptops would not work.)"

"Our 3 generations stayed at this house for a week over new years. The accommodations were perfect for our 13 people with plenty of space to gather and spread out. Our host, Morne, was very responsive when we had questions / concerns. There is so much to do at this house. It's a short drive to Rum Point and a few restaurants as well. We would stay here again! Thank you Morne!"

"We just returned from a wonderful week at Cayman breeze. The condo is fully stocked with comfortable furniture and Ken and Susan were the perfect hosts. The location on the North side still has that island feel, private and relaxing, but still close enough to great restaurants and fun activities. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Grand Cayman."

"This was a 70th birthday with our kids and grandkids. 8 adults and 7 children (3-10).We loved the house. Game room, movie theater, kitchen and 4 washer and dryer’s were the bomb!Cleaning staff was incredible. We did pay extra for them to come mid week and it was totally worth it. Just had a partial clean.Off the beach is incredible snorkeling. Kids and grandchildren spent hours in the water.It’s not a sandy, swim able beach but we went to Rum Point (a 10 minute drive) for that.Food at Rum Point for lunch and dinner was excellent.It was truly a memorable week!"
