"Beautiful, spacious, poolside suite with ocean view and a quiet, family-friendly vibe. Everything we could possibly need was provided, including fully equipped kitchen with espresso maker, two ovens, microwave, huge fridge; washer and dryer in the suite; snorkeling gear free to borrow for the entire stay. On-site restaurant was good, a little pricey, but terrific wait staff who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. Jonathan and concierge staff were responsive and attentive. The only issues during our stay were a 4-hour power outage because of utility company work on the road -- not the property's fault and they gave us a treat for the inconvenience -- and a pesky lock on the sliding doors. We loved it there and definitely would stay there again. Rum Point is a great location if you want a peaceful vacation with lots to enjoy and none of the more crowded feel we sensed in 7-mile beach area. "

"We had an amazing five-night stay in the Cayman Islands! The villa was absolutely perfect for family of five. It’s right on the beach with stunning ocean views. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up just steps from the water made the experience unforgettable.The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We spent our days swimming, enjoying the beach, and exploring the island, and it truly felt like a little slice of paradise.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway in the north part of Grand Cayman. "Our Family vacation. We had a wonderful time and it was the perfect house for our family. We had 29 people, 15 adults and 14 kids from 5 months to 12 years old. There was something for everyone. The kids always love the pool but the game rooms and movie room also hit the spot. The house was very clean and we are pretty fussy when it comes to that. The host was super accommodating throughout our booking process etc. Of course the North side is the windy side but we were able to snorkel etc. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to large groups."

"Amazing place set aside on the North Side of Grand Cayman island away from the crowds. The hosts went above and beyond, thought of all the details from the butter and sparkling cider in the fridge, to the body wash, washing detergent and fabric softener. Beautifully done, beachy accents and nautical theme decor. Family friendly, great place to unwind after long days chasing sunsets and relaxing in turquoise waters. Love the ocean sounds from the patio. Fully stocked kitchen, parking right in front.. the only thing I would have changed is the sheets but I'm a sheet snob..."

"In fairness, we had horrible weather during 90% of our stay. The place is well-laid out. We had continuous freezer problems that were initially addressed. Most of the amenities need updated/repaired. The hammock is torn and in rough shape. The putting area was covered in debris. Some of the chairs at the poolside are clearly broken (arm rest), but just placed back on as if they weren’t broken (for you to feel like you broke it). The batteries in all of the remote controls for the televisions needed replaced (one didn’t have any batteries at all). The management team is pretty quick to respond which was good, but for the price, we all wished things were more put together than they were. We were forced to spend a lot of time indoors from the cold/wind so I’m sure the above complaints stood out more to all of us. The home is close to a nice small grocery store, but far from pretty much everything else on the island other than the caves (very cool experience). We’d consider coming back to Cayman, but would definitely choose a different location and home. "

"The house very nice, roomy and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing i wish i had known earlier was the easterly winds and the pool without a heater. Most pools do not have heaters in Cayman. But that was news to me. The water was so cool it could not be used."

"Fantastic place - will book again for our next visit. North side is secluded while amenities are near - kaibo (boat tours), rum point, caves, botanic gardens, chisholms (grocery). The well appointed house having a private beach, snorkeling, kayaking and great sunrises make it amazing enough just to stay "home," too. Thank you"
