“6 of us stayed for 4 nights prior to doing a 7 night Sailing trip out og Hodges Marina, our host was out of town but set up a driver Lionel to pick us up at Beef Island airport and bring to our villa. Lionel was super would contact us daily for any driving we needed and took good care of us”

“This property is perfect, so spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need! Beds are super comfy and host was really nice and responsive. Highly recommend! Please note you will need to be ok driving to beaches but they are super close (within 10 min)”

“We 2 couples (family) stayed for a week here. We loved the 2 king bedrooms both with on suites on the opposite sides of the living space. The indoor/ outdoor spaces were amazing. We lived on the covered balcony area with beautiful views looking out towards Norman Island. The house was just beautiful and stocked with everything you need( just bring your food and beverages). The hosts Karen and Chris were wonderful giving us recommendations and answering any questions and making sure we’re made……

“Spectacular view of Drakes passage from the house and pool. Beautiful beach short walk away with very few people. The restaurant and club facilities are also a short walk away and a real added convenience. The stay and amenities were everything we could hope for. There is a property manager that was very helpful and cleaning were regular. I will just note for other guests that the bedrooms are split between two floors. Master 1 upstairs and another two with shared bathroom downstairs. You need……

“Great stay from start to the end! Great location and unbeatable view. Easy access to Brewers bay and Cane Garden bay. The House was very clean and well maintained which is tough in a tropical environment. The host Tom met us in Road Town and guided us to the house, which was much appreciated! We had no issues or concerns during our stay, I highly recommend Villa Matija!”
