We dropped our things off in our room and just loved the look of the room and the fact that they had towels available in the room to use for the pools. We had great evening in the lava pools, rooftop pool and heated pool on level -1. "The room was awesome, directly above the sidewalk for people watching and directly on the ocean, could feel the waves crashing, just wonderful. The views are great, the salt water pool with wave crashing in, the blow hole and black sand beach 750meters to the east were fun. Nice safe little village, great inexpensive restaurants, loved the scabbard fish and Sangria."

"Overpriced but fabulous location for one night. Think travelodge before renovations. I was a female solo traveller and it suited my plans and felt safe. Staff lovely, easy check in/out and easy to park at the hotel or opposite. Nice little touristy town. My room was clean but missing a net curtain and as it was ground floor I couldn’t open the curtains as people walked past. If I was there more than one night I would have asked to move.
