I feel that it is important to mention the step from the living area and bathroom toilet that lead down to kitchen and bedrooms. Which for some might be tricky as the step is high and no rail. Bedding could be aired - smells a bit musky. Cupboards look like a dumping ground for unused cutlery and crockery. Only need enough stuff for the max number of guests (4 or5?) "
