"WOW! We try and come to Charlevoix in early summer every year to see friends who own a shop in town before their season gets crazy. We have stayed in Earl Young properties each time but this cottage is AMAZING! So well stocked and perfect location. Plus just all around lovely. We would highly recommend and will be back. Our only regret was that our schedules didn’t allow a longer stay."

"We were thrilled with the indoor and outdoor spaces with this property. As reviews stated there is some road noise being near a busier road, but the amenities and the view make it barely noticeable. We enjoyed sipping wine on the outdoor deck, overlooking the lake, as well as roasting s’mores around the large and tidy fire pit. We had one full day of rain but had plenty to entertain both the adults and kiddos. Excellent host communication. Will stay here again!"

"Where to start. This place is amazing. We have rented 10 or so cabins in that part of michigan and this place is by far the best. Best and most comfortable beds, the lake is amazing. We used the hot tub and kayaks every day. Had loons on the lake and babcat even paid us a visit!!! Great location!"

"We had a great time at this beautiful house on the lake. Pictures are all accurate and the outdoor area is fantastic: We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the waved. Downtown Traverse City is about a 15 minute drive, but the house is surrounded by vineyards, and there is a market and a few restaurants close by. I would recommend!"

"The home is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean and the setting was idyllic. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our weekend. The layout of the house was perfect. The covered deck was like an additional living room for us. Be sure to bring water shoes for the lake. It's nice and shallow at the house but the rocks are plentiful and slippery."
