Just steps from baggage claim in the airport terminal this hotel can't be more convenient, particular for international travelers transiting via Osaka to other domestic destinations in Japan.

Location was practical for traveling needs, and the hotel was very clean with many amenities.

This is a stylish hotel, clean and convenient, with good food. My room had no desk, so it is not convenient for business.

I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place. It's very modern, easy to find, close to the metro and convenience stores/restaurants. The room is small, but fine for one person who isn't spending much time in the hotel anyways. Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.

Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!

Facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful. They provided details on free luggage delivery service to Osaka rather than the paid service. Location is not walk friendly to restaurants and other businesses

This hotel is fabulous. The rooms are stylish and the location could not be better. It is right next to a subway station and an easy trip from Kyoto station. The breakfast is tasty with many choices. The rooms are a little on the small side for Americans...we are from New York City so pretty typical for NYC standards. Would 100% stay here again. Five star for food, design, location, and service.

Very nice and clean hotel. Really convenient as it is next to the subway station and they provide free shuttles to popular tourist destinations like Bamboo Forest.

Very close to train station...2 minute walk. There is a very convenient 7-11 store and McDonald's within the same 2 min walk. This hotel was also very close to the Osaka Castle which was really nice because my walking Osaka tour meeting point was just a 2 minute walk across the street. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. Overall, a great stay in Kyoto for tourists: convenient location; friendly service and ample ammenities; high quality breakfast buffet; and spacious & comfortable room. Would highly recommend!
