Falls man mit dem Fahrzeug anreist, ist man auch schnell im Sherwood Forest oder bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeit, die die Midlands bieten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilft falls Probleme auftreten. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist recht oberflächlich. So sollte man zum Beispiel keine Gegenstände auf der Garderobe ablegen, denn dort wurde in unserem Zimmer sicher seit mehreren Wochen kein Staub gewischt. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, wenn man ein zentral gelegenes und preiswertes Hotel sucht und nicht zu große Ansprüche an Komfort stellt. The room was clean, good flat screen TV, good bathroom, but bed perhaps a bit hard but this is always a personal thing so you may not have any issue here. I was expecting just a continental breakfast but there were some hot items also. Requested more pillows...not a problem and they were delivered to room in 10 minutes, I found the staff very friendly...another bonus. The hotel is clearly not to the standard of other Holiday Inn. I do not recommend this place. The bed had no brakes on it so it was moving around all the time, also it had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress which led to me and my partner having a sleepless night! The cot provided for my baby was broken which led to him having to sleep in his pram.. Along with this while trying to stop the bed from moving there where peanuts under the bed which proves the room wasn't cleaned properly..
