Very helpful and accommodating staff, free luggage storage is very convenient, hotel is located centrally among lots of restaurants/bars and just minutes walking to China Town. The room was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Do yourself a favor and stay here the rooms are not incredibly updated, but they are incredibly clean and well-maintained and the overall aesthetic of the place is top shelf, but the glowing star of the entire place are the Jamaican staff that run the place you will not find nicer people that are more accommodating and friendly not to mention the café is a 10 out of 10 highly recommend this place also lots of parking

Rooms were very clean and Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Staff would go out of their way to assist you. I asked for a late checkout, but it was not available, however, they will hold your baggage in a secure area until you're ready to leave. I brought a suit, but there was no iron available, only a steamer in the room. I did not ask if an iron was available and had to learn crash course style how to use a steamer. It's possible they have them and I just did not think to ask. Only problem with my room was there was no dresser, or drawers, to place clothes. Overall, though, excellent experience and I would go back again!

Nice location and staff was professional

The rooftop bar I could hear it until it closed at 1am was my only complaint
