“It’s a very unpleasant experience. I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms. A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. “The view and location was outstanding, but the pictures were misleading. In the pictures the furniture is reorganized to make the space look bigger than it really is. It also makes it look like there is more than just one window. The kitchen is useless unless you bring your own supplies, as there was only three cups, a electric kettle, and an unconnected stove and mini fridge (with a broken door). Throughout the room there were stains and scuff marks. Bathroom was good and as advertised, but……

“This worked out well. Just a matter of figuring out the key tag lock the first time. I felt horrible for the cleaning staff. We stopped by early and dropped off the luggage. He was still cleaning up from the previous tenants. The place was trashed. I have to admit, I was surprised how clean it was just a few hours later. Would stay again. ”

"首先我們是3人入住，選擇尊尚3 人房間，有雙人床及一張梳化床。房間不算寬敞，最差是隔音，因為住在1 樓，左邊是電車聲音，另一邊又是汽車路。再加上其他住客在走廊談話就更加煩擾。其次浴室清潔一般，有一個長形掛毛巾架不乾淨，牆角有塵。我自己要用消毒濕紙巾抹乾淨才敢擺放毛巾。再者洗澡空間細，時常撞到手。最離譜是我們應該是雙人床雙人被，但有一天房間清潔員竟然換了一張單人被給我們。整體來講不算滿意，酒店需要跟進清潔問題。"
