“No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern. The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or……

“I didn't like that the television was located facing a bed but not both of them. I couldn't adjust the television sound on the remote or switch the channels from the bed closest to the bathroom. The breakfast delivery bag was great.”

“The staff was nice but the room needs an upgrade. The tube was rusted, there were tiny holes in the curtain and there were missing lamp shades. There are no rugs on the floor so every time someone walks at night you can hear it. The outlet in the bathroom looks like it was coming off the wall and there was a hair dryer plugged in. I took pictures and showed them to the person at the desk the next morning. Also there needs to be a way to control the flies or provide a fly swatter to each room. It……

“Property was exactly as pictured, Crystal is very prompt if contacted & very accomdating to questions. If you are looking in ng for some quiet peacefulness yet close to the water, or nearby towns & attractions & travel with your dog this is the perfect spot! My dogs were very content & I had no worries as to if they would be bothered by distractions because there are no distractions, it was a vacation for them as well as cottage is on a quiet street & it was very nice to sit outside wuth them &……
