We had an absolute great time at this Verbo. House was very well stocked. Everything was in premium order. All the appliances worked as they should pots and pans were generously stocked to include loads of stainless steel pots which we prefer. Bedrooms were warm and comfortable. everything was generously supplied would definitely stay there again.

Our host is very communicative and welcoming! They had holiday decorations and a tree as well as a goodie basket, the makings for s’mores and plenty of games and books to enjoy. The house is very clean and well appointed with necessities to get you started for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to find everything. It is a cozy 3 bedroom up a few steps with a hall bath and an en-suite. The main living area is spacious and comfortable and has another full bath. Table seats 8 comfortably. We are recommending to our family in the area for their out of town guests and we would definitely book again!

Clean, convenient, thoughtfully stocked, great amenities, comfortable beds and pillows, great home layout, great back yard and patio area, close to Knoxville and surrounding attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. Also delightfully close to the free UT Arboretum & Haw Ridge in Oak Ridge, which we enjoyed exploring. And very convenient to Aldi and other groceries stores.

The house was perfect. Very clean and well-provisioned plus the host added some very thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine, snacks, and even a sympathy card when they found out we were gathering for a funeral.This will be the first place we check on any future trips to town

Great place for Oak Ridge Hunting!

Property was very clean ,lots of room and had all the amenities that we needed. This property worked out to be a great place for our guys weekend hunting trip at Oak ridge. Windrock Ride

Exactly what we needed

Great location - quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery store, coffee etc. 20 minutes from Windrock. The house has so many little things that make it a great place to stay - robes, laundry baskets, cozy blankets, phone chargers, smore fixings, games, record player. We will definitely be back.

Great Home and Location!

Perfect place to stay during my visit to Oak Ridge. The house is clean, easy to find, and convenient to local restaurants. The welcome basket filled with goodies was a nice touch and a welcome sight after my long ride to TN. The host, JP was very accomodating and responsive during my stay. I highly recommend this home in Oak Ridge and plan on staying again the next time I visit the area.

Oakridge Tn home

The house was conveniently located to restaurants and stores. It was very clean and well appointed. The owners provided some snacks, coffee and also a bottle of wine and a six pack of beer. The check in/out process was easy. They even had the home decorated for Christmas! Would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Another Great Stay

This is at least our third time staying at this property and it never disappoints! It’s always extremely clean and there’s plenty of space for us (we usually have 4-5 adults). We also love the little extras the host thinks of like the extra plugs in the living room and bedrooms and the basket of snacks (they even left some treats for the dog, too!). We will continue to check availability any time we come to the Knoxville area.

Can’t emphasize enough the cleanliness, which is priority for us. Super clean, cozy, quiet. Updated furnishings. They thought of everything. If we forgot it, no worries, they had it. Host responded quickly with answers to questions. Highly recommend!

Short but sweet stay

We stayed here while visiting family over the holiday and really enjoyed it. We wish we would have had time to use the firepit but it had everything we needed and more. Comfortable and clean

This was definitely one of the better homes I've stayed in for vacation. I appreciated the level of cleanliness of the home. The beds and couches were comfortable. Also, everything was extremely organized and easy to find. Very thoughtful host for the little snacks and dog treats. My family and I had a lot of fun here. All the board games were a fun bonus.

Riding getaway

This was our second time staying here. We come down to ride at windrock. The house is about a 10 min drive to windrock park. We all agree we get a good nights rest in the beds and like that there are 3 bathrooms.This is a great place to stay when coming down to ride.

Loved This Property!

This property had every amenity you could think of and the host even decorated it for Fall/Halloween! They had a fire pit with wood, and a basket of Smores ingredients and the items needed to make them! They had a beautiful welcome basket to greet us with snacks, water, washing pods and more! Each bathroom had a basket of toiletries and the bedrooms were equipped with chargers! I would stay at this property again and again! Thank you for making this a great stay!!!

Our East TN home away from home

We absolutely loved this home- felt so welcomed before even walking in and the amenities and special accommodations kept coming. We had such a great time playing games that were shared during some down time, and kids enjoyed the outdoor space with the spring weather. JP is a fabulous communicator and appreciate all of the easy messaging back and forth. I may have missed it in the fine print but there are a few stairs to the bedrooms, just a few steps, but just having a leg procedure made it a bit difficult to go up and down. We will definitely stay here again- location is great, close to groceries and restaurants.

Perfect for crew families

We were looking for a place with convenient access to the Melton Lake Rowing Venue for our kids' spring training trip and this house was perfect. The basket of snacks and other touches made us feel welcome and comfortable. The host even provided a large pot since we were prepping some of the food for the team. We would definitely recommend to others visiting Oak Ridge.

This was the cutest house. The house was so very clean and beautiful. The hosts have went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay exceptional. Enjoying Knoxville

When one hears a lot of good reviews, sometimes you still have to be reserved to avoid personal disappointment. We were not disappointed. The attention to detail really shined with this property. If we ever stay in the Knoxville area again, we will definitely look at staying here. 10/10
