"Ive only stayed once at a Staybridge Suites Hotel but this time - you just raised the ball. Staff is super friendly and offered assistance when we arrived. A wonderful welcome. The suite had a kitchen. Everything was so clean and fresh. Everything was on hand when needed. The breakfast was amazing - everything was full and the food was top notch. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely be back..."

"The room was clean, spacious and very beautiful. Staff was friendly at check-in. I was a little worried about the limited check-in time while staff was on site but managed to get here in time. Property is located near a busy street so there was a bit of road noise and a police car drove by in the night with sirens blaring (nothing the hotel can change… just an observation). I would definitely stay again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overnight with the kids! We bought adjourning rooms and utilized the water park both days. The rooms were clean, up-to-date, and well maintained. The water park was quiet and perfect for our kids (ages 3 to 11). There is enough variety to keep everyone occupied, but it's a small enough place to see where the kids are. The lifeguards did a great job, not being overly particular, yet still keeping an eye on everyone. The staff in the hotel itself were friendly. Only 2 minor downsides were the showers at the water park (both in the men's and women's washrooms, 1 shower in each room didn't work correctly) and the other downside was not knowing the arcade only took cash. We intended to pay with a credit card. They had an ATM, but our card was declined, probably because we are from the U.S. and our card was preventing a fraudulent transaction- so no arcade for us. The rest of our stay was excellent! Keep up the great work; we'll be back :) "
