This Alameda, CA 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment is 3 blocks from the beach (Crown Beach) and South Shore shopping center with grocery stores, department stores, banks and more. This apartment is also just 2 blocks from Park St. the main street of the city with over 40 different restaurants, gifts shops and jewelry stores. An easy walk for shopping or dinner. It has AIR CONDITION. The apartment also has WIFI with AT&T internet 1000 (fiber 1 GIG) HIGH SPEED for the guest who may want to work from home. GREAT LOCATION.

This apartment was totally rebuilt in 2020 with an upscale design. Top of the line appliances, new kitchen, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite countertops.

Its 10 minutes drive to the Oakland Airport, 25 minutes to San Francisco or 15 minutes taking the Oakland/Alameda Ferry across the San Francisco Bay to Fisherman's wharf and the Financial district.

There are Several bus lines to San Francisco. This Victorian is in the Gold Coast neighborhood of the city which is a very safe and quiet area of the city The neighborhood has many old Victorians buildings built in the eighteen hundreds ( 1800's) and preserved by the City of Alameda. This Victorian is a historic building for the city of Alameda. It is completely remodeled with an upscale design that offer comfort to travelers for business or family vacations. It has granite countertops in the kitchen, new high end GE gas stove, top of the line dishwasher and microwave oven. Its easy access to the 880 freeway to Berkeley and San Francisco.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is on the first floor of the building.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with top of the line pillow top comfort mattress for your comfort. It has a dresser and a unique desk for anyone who may want to do some work at home. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and everything you would need.

The living room has a 42"HDTV and there is high speed wireless internet throughout the apartment.
There are 2 full bathrooms. Bathroom #1 has a tub and shower, bathroom #2 has a large glass shower with sliding glass door. new bathroom sink and all the hair shampoo, conditioner, soaps, towels, linens and everything you need.

Wonderful stay. Property in tip top shape.
The property was spotless when we arrived, and check-in was simply knowing the four digit code for the door lock. The property was stocked with a full set of amenities….ample linens and kitchen ware. Secure parking behind the building. Location was excellent. Just a few short blocks to Alameda’s main shopping street. The owners, Monica & Gordon, responded almost immediately to a minor problem that we had. I highly recommend!

Property is exactly as described and location was an easy walking distance to everything on Park street which is rich with restaurants, unique shops, entertainment and so much more. It is also close to a swimming beach which was very pleasant. It had all the amenities within the apartment so it was easy to feel immediately at home especially in the kitchen! No view or place to enjoy a sit outside which would have been nice.

A Very Nice Property!
We enjoyed ourselves immensely! The location was very convenient with dining and shopping just minutes away. The amenities were great as we were able to cook a few meals so we didn't have to go out to eat all the time. We would stay here again no problem at all!!!

Charming Victorian Home
We had a wonderful time during our stay in Alameda. This charming home is located a few short blocks from the heart of Alameda. It’s a very short walk to many fine restaurants and interesting shops and a very short jog from a bay front running path. The kitchen has everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable . We were very comfortable with the windows open . We would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location. Conveniently located a couple of blocks from Park Street. Park street has many restaurants and shops and very near a major shopping center. This unit is one of 5 units (two are rental units) in this beautiful Victorian home. It was the perfect size for 4 travellers. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size, very clean and had a generous amount of good quality towels. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering staying in Alameda. The owners Monica and Gord were very nice, helpful and available when we needed them. We would definitely stay here if we go to Alameda again in the future.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very nicely set up and furnished with a full kitchen which was great. Although with all the good dining options in walking distance we didn't use it too much! Easy access to shops and restaurants in walking distance and a pleasant place to stroll around. The parking spot was a nice plus on the days we drove around sightseeing. Monica and her husband were very pleasant and friendly hosts. Having wifi was nice when we needed to do some remote work. We will miss the comfortable beds and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Bay Area!

Everything was very nice. My only suggestion would be to note that there is not an AC. It's a standard thing where I'm from so I assumed there would be one. Instead I had to leave all of the windows open all day and night (otherwise it got very hot in the apartment); which also meant that I had to listen to kids screaming all night from the apartments next door. Aside from the AC, and having to listen to screaming brats, it was a great place.

Great spot, great location!
What a nice little hidden gem! Here in Alameda with my husband and our two “adult” kids for the arrival of our first grandchild. This was the perfect spot for us - walking distance to Park St. and restaurants, etc. walking distance to the water. The apartment is beautifully cared for , and much care has been taken to be sure that all amenities that you could possibly need are provided. Our host, Monica was great with communication and check in. And the price was very reasonable for this area. Would definitely stay here again!
