“This felt unsafe. Upon entering the room, I passed several other doors covered with caution tape. Then, when entering my room, there was no light in the bathroom. When I notified the staff, they came down barefoot with a step stool and changed the light bulb. It smelled strongly of urine in the bathroom and the toilet had black mold and mildew in it. The shower had black scum, hair, and whiskers. There was hair all over the floor. There were whiskers covering the sink and vanity. I went back to……
