“1. The TV in my room did not work and the staff had no suggestions on how to make it work. 2. When my business ended early in Fremont about 5 pm, I stopped by the desk to turn in my key and check out early. Though I was scheduled to stay the night, I did not ask for money back. I would drive the four hours back to my home and sleep in my own bed. The hostess said I would have to pay $126 more to leave. Expedia had paid for that night and it sounded funny that I would be charged to leave……
