service was not very good. The girl at reception was more pending of her messages on the phone then attending me or helping me. Rohina or something like that was her name. On the other hand, Yushra was very nice and helpful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Exceptional Stay at Delano Dubai Our stay at Delano Dubai was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until we left, the hospitality, warmth and attention to detail were outstanding. We received an early check-in, a wonderful suite upgrade and were even offered a late check-out. Champagne, personal messages and lovely surprises were waiting for us, and our children received a beautiful gift and cuddly toy. These thoughtful details made us feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to the Kids Club team. Our children absolutely loved spending time there and were always happy, excited and so well cared for. This made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable as a family. Everything was excellent – reception, guest relations, housekeeping, breakfast, room service, pool and Kids Club. A very special thank you to Maria, Patrick and Peter. Your kindness, professionalism and personal attention made our stay truly special. And of course, thank you to the entire Delano team! True luxury is not only about beautiful rooms and facilities – it is about how a place makes you feel. Delano Dubai made us feel welcome, appreciated and cared for. The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away my envelope enclosed with 1400 USD equivalent cash. At first I thought the staff stole it as I went out for business during the day and left the envelope on the lamp table. the Assistant manager fervently denied this allegation instead of doing more to help me, so after the altercation I decided to seek official help. I wanted 3 hours at the Police Station in Sharjah and finally they police came to my rescue. A big thank you to the Police force of Sharjah, because without them I probably would not have recovered my money. After immense pressure from the Police of Sharjah, the HR manager ( the Acting Manager) came and finally discovered my envelope enclose with money was 'accidentally' thrown away by the housekeeping staff. Now, I have talked to many people about this, but I will assume it was in good faith that the Hotel was able to recover my money instead of first colluding to steal it and finally with intense police pressure cave in to returning the money to me. At any rate, I thank both the hotel and the Police Station of Sharjah to help me recover this money, and for a pleasant stay here at this hotel
