8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
This hotel is in a fantastic location and it is a very nice hotel but it should not be billed as a 5 star luxury hotel. It is really a 3.5 star hotel.
The biggest complaints are no elevator, they do have a dumb waiter for bags.
The windows are single pane (barely). When people walk ups and down the Suez Canal or Nurses walk you can hear every conversation. There is a bar behind the property that gets loud as well.
Next is no bottled water but the staff did tell me I could feel free to drink out of the sink in the room or go to the bar and get it from the tap there.
Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it to friends or family…no, not billed as a luxury hotel.

"Check in was easy & helpful. The main lifts are pretty slow. The property is close to central station. The only downside was the shower water runs onto the bathroom floor. So it gets really wet."

9/10 Wonderful! (1,142 reviews)
"The hotel has a really nice aesthetic and is very well maintained, and the staff are incredibly helpful and lovely. That said, the person who designed the rooms belongs in prison. The bed is shoved into a corner so only one person gets a side table/lamp, and the other person has to pull the sheets ..."
