Property was not bad. The building was well set up and easy to navigate. Plenty of hot water for both showers. Basic cleaning measures had been used but the whole place could use a deep scrub. Trash and dirt under the pullout couch. Torn and stained plastic mattress cover underneath pillow top cover. The light in the kitchen is failing so we would not have been able to cook very easily. Check in process was not explained well. We arrived at the hotel condos only to find we needed to drive across town to pickup a key package in order to access our condo. This was after waiting for a 4 pm check in. The vacasa office closed at 5pm so we barely made it back across town before they closed. We were then provided with keys that were supposed to open the gated pool, first floor restrooms, game room and fitness room. These keys did not work. Clearly the condo was in the process of updating everything to a key fob system. I don’t know if Vacasa is not kept up to date on these changes? At any rate communication is clearly lacking. Still had a good time with our family. We are pretty go with the flow but there is definitely room for improvement here. If you’re on a bit of a budget this place will definitely do. 4th floor offered a decent view of the ocean and it’s in a safe and quiet part of town. Beach access is easy from this property.
