PLAZA 308 9800 Coastal Hwy. NON SMOKING - NO PETS This beautifully renovated condo offers direct oceanfront 3 bedroom and 2 baths and Free Wi-Fi!. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom. This condo includes central air, 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, fabulous full service kitchen with island, microwave and dishwasher. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer in the condo. Gorgeous bathrooms offer ceramic tile (hall bath has tub and shower) and master bath has a tiled walk-in shower. Maximum Occupancy is 10. Registration fee $80 payable 4/1 - 10/19 includes parking for two vehicles. Fee for extra vehicles $20 a day or $80.00 per week. The Plaza has onsite Restaurant and Tiki Bar (In Season), 24-hour Security, dry - heat Saunas, Hot Tub, indoor, outdoor and kiddies' pools. Owner-paid Wi-Fi!
