Gorgeous views of Ocean, Bay, and Town. Brand new furniture and appliances throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and explore Ocean City, with a year-round indoor pool, huge game room and snack shops for winter months or bad weather days. Sleeps 8 comfortably in a king, a full, two twins, and a pull out queen sleeper. Strong, private Wi-Fi, 50” and two 32” flat screen HDTVs with Amazon fire stick. DVD player. Electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, dining table for six, large breakfast counter. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee pod maker, instapot, large electric griddle, toaster, microwave, blender, hand mixer, etc. Puzzles, games, movies, books, and some beach chairs and toys provided. Brand new flooring and paint throughout. Building is in a great central location close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Perfect for families, couples, and memorable getaways!
We offer linens for your stay for $100 for all beds and the pullout sofa. Please let us know in advance. The sheets will be bagged and in the condo when you arrive. You can then just leave them on the bed when you leave. The unit is on the 22nd floor of the The Quay on 107th st.
