Awful service & broken items

The trip started off wrong with no check in information. We had to wait for over an hour past check in and send numerous emails and make several calls to get the check in code. Bad start. TV was broken - said they’d bring a new one but never did. Said they’d just let themselves in with a new tv but we said we’d want to be there and then no further talk of a tv. The bedroom door was broken off of its hinges so no privacy for our adult daughter staying in there (or for us) in the living room on the pull out couch (which was also broken). The shower was also a mess - more water came out from behind the shower straight to the wall then out of the shower head. The management company - Vacasa was AWFUL. We had to contact them many times and most were rude as heck and they didn’t fix any of the problems. We wasted hours dealing with them. A hotel would’ve been easier.

Cute place, tough communication

The place looked like the pictures and was very cute, however it was hard to contact the host. Lost power first day, had to call the management property and they did address it. Had a bad ant problem in the kitchen, again management company who did resolve it however I do believe they entered the residence when we were out with no notice, luckily my dog is friendly. I asked about the beach gear advertised, again went through the management company and never got a resolve on that. Asked about late check out and was considering adding a day but again had to go through the management company with no resolve, very frustrating. The place is nice, I wouldn't advertise the couch as additional sleeping though as it does not pull out and was very uncomfortable. The bunk bed had no top rail and was very squeeky when you moved around. We enjoyed our stay and location to the beach, just wish communication was better.

Weekend getaway

Rented this for a weekend trip with my boyfriend. It was a perfect space for just us and the dog. It was clean and well stocked and very close to the beach and restaurants
