Memorial Week Family trip

This place was great. Even better in person than the pictures. The private beach and property was like our own Hawaiin getaway but better weather. The walkable harbor was a perfect go to. We highly recommend this place and will be back next year.

We enjoyed this unit.

We've stayed in this HOA before. It is great for families with easy access to the beach. This unit worked well for two adults and two kids. It was better than I expected with nice updates to the kitchen and living areas - clean and fresh. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Checkin/out is easy, parking onsite is secure, community facilities (laundry, pool, etc) are good for families.

The beach walk was great but since it was a little chilly, my girls were able to use the pool and hot tub. Everything else in the condo was great.

Lovely unit! We have stayed at NCV the last 5 years and this kitchen/unit was by far the best in the complex! Host was quick to respond to questions prior to the trip and during. Loved the added portable AC unit that kept us cool in the bedroom! Being from Phoenix it’s hard to adjust to the beach humidity, therefore this allowed us to sleep much more comfortably. Bonus was the couch was a sleeper sofa and when the kids wanted their space, one slept out there. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, but this place has everything else needed! We cook a lot of meals and the kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. Will book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Our stay was awesome, the location is secure, very walkable to restaurants, shopping and beach access. It is also very close to Camp Pendleton for those that are visiting there Marines.

Perfect for a family

We traveled to oceanside with a big group. Every family booked their own condo. Ours was by far the nicest and had the most amenities (shampoo, beach chairs, tin foil, etc) everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

Awesome place and ammenities.

We had a great time as a family here. The grounds were very beautiful, the pool and hot tube were well used and the unit was perfect for our family. A more detailed welcome package would have been helpful to aid in us get settled after our arrival. It was a great place and we will be recommending it to others who want to visit Oceanside.

Faboulous time in Penny`s condo

We absolutly loved staying in the condo at this property. The interior of the condo is modern and very clean. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The check in and the check out are very easy and uncomplicated.

This was such a great place to get away from the cold MN winter. The host of this Airbnb thought of everything. Beautiful gift basket with snacks and wine, beach chairs, towels and toys for you to use. Large comfortable space within walking distance to the ocean and many restaurants.

Perfect getaway spot

We loved the complex itself immensly...nice and clean, great pool and hot tub. We also used the game room and gym during our stay along with walks yo the harbor and on the beach. Our Unit was perfect for our needs and quite comfortable. Would definately like to come back next year
