Hermosas vistas al mar, condominio remodelado de 2 hab., Ático, C303 Disfruta de C303 - Pacific Dream, un condominio de gran altura en un ático de 2 dormitorios en North Coast Village. Pacific Dream es un condominio en el tercer piso con hermosas vistas del océano, así como de los jardines y las fuentes del complejo. El condominio tiene un hermoso interior temático de playa con una gran cantidad de tablas de cuentas blancas y colores relajantes. Los baños y la cocina han sido ampliamente remodelados y renovados con gabinetes blancos y mostradores de mármol. Te sentirás inmediatamente cómodo y relajado tan pronto como entres por la puerta. El nivel superior del condominio es la suite principal con un amplio dormitorio, área de escritorio, baño actualizado y una gran cubierta superior con capacidad para 4 personas mirando hacia el océano. La cama es una cama King y también hay un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD. En el armario de arriba, encontrará una cama plegable, una cuna y una silla alta, lo que lo convierte en el condominio perfecto para las familias. La planta principal alberga el dormitorio de invitados con 2 camas individuales y una pantalla plana montada, y el segundo baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha. También se encuentra en el piso principal una cocina completamente renovada con hermosos gabinetes nuevos, mostradores de mármol y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La cocina está completamente equipada y lista para su estancia. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para 2 en el mostrador de la cocina y 4 en la mesa. El área del salón principal tiene un sofá cama y tres sillas con un televisor de pantalla plana grande. C303 tiene una chimenea completamente funcional para los meses de invierno y todo el equipo de playa necesario: tablas de surf, toallas de playa, juguetes de arena, sombrillas y sillas de playa para los viajes a la playa. Hay una segunda cubierta más pequeña de la sala de estar. Los terrenos complejos se preparan a la perfección y cuentan con una exuberante sensación muy tropical. Te encantará dar un paseo por los terrenos cerrados y explorar los pequeños arroyos, los estanques koi, las fuentes y las alcobas escondidas. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist nicht in einem separaten Raum und die Treppe hoch. The staff and grounds are all very nice. The view from this unit, wasn’t great and not as clear as the photo represents. For a 2-bedroom, we expected more than two towels per bathroom given that the unit sleeps six. While it was just my wife and I, our grandkids from another unit came to spend a night, thus wiping out all available towels. The HOA and Security are sticklers for the check-in process, so don’t expect them to budge upon arrival. Other than that, the unit was well stocked with beach supplies, games, and dishes. Three TV’s made it convenient for the time we spent in the unit. Parking was very convenient to the unit, once we figured out the unit and garage levels. Beautiful lush landscaping, with running streams and waterfalls. Large beautiful pool. Large Hot tub. Great place for a family vacation. Property is right on the beach. This unit (C303) is about a 5 minute or less walk to beach. Only possible negative is the laundry is not in the units. Although they do have a good laundromat on the property. Good workout room. Elevators are a little confusing until you get used to them. Basically a very good choice for staying in oceanside. This was my second stay at North Coast Village. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The kitchen had every dish and utensil we needed to easily make our meals. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future. Welcoming, clean unit and comfortable beds. Short, enjoyable walk to the beach. It was fun to watch a surfing contest and dolphins playing nearby. The grounds of the complex are immaculate and maintained to the highest standard. The surrounding gardens and courtyard are beautiful and are cared for with great pride. Also liked that the reserved parking spot in the garage was extremely close to the condo. This was our 2nd stay in North Coast Village and definitely will be returning. ##### Erin C. The pool and the hot tub were great. My kids loved the Koi Pond. Beds were comfy! TV was great to gather round and watch. Cool open air markets in town on Thursday. Pier, shops, ice cream! Stayed here with 2 adults, 4 kids. Location was great! Easy walk to the beach, and local restaurants. The grounds were beyond gorgeous. Lush, tropical, exotic plants everywhere. It felt like a tropical getaway. Each night before bed, took our youngest to feed the koi fish their dinner, that was a hit. We will be back for sure! ##### Cali M. All the amenities you could ask for, perfectly clean, and right on the beach! The check in was easy, and the condo was well furnished. There were two adults and four teenagers, and we all fit perfectly, and the complex was wonderful with lots for the kids to do. The location right on the beach was excellent, and makes it easier to lug all those chairs and umbrellas and towels. We’d love to stay here again! ##### Jill Z. Close to everything and the kids had fun doing all the beach activities. The unit was big enough for all 6 of us to enjoy ourselves without being on top of each other. The only down side was that we did not have internet service as they were having issues with our unit. We had to go several times to other places to get WiFi as we run our own business and had to get things docusigned before the holiday. ##### Marty M.
