Take in panoramic ocean and white water views from every floor of this idyllic single family beach house. With the beach right across the street, this home is perfectly situated for convenient beach access and a nice walk to the pier, marina and downtown Oceanside. It features an incredible rooftop deck. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and the view of the iconic Oceanside pier lit up at night. There are four formal bedrooms and plenty of room for 10 guests!

The first floor has an ocean view bedroom a king bed . It has its own courtyard and lawn. There is the second bedroom on this floor with a king bed and an attached private patio. Upstairs on the second floor you will find an open concept layout with lots of windows maximizing the spectacular views. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with chocolate wash cabinetry, built-in refrigerator and Kitchen-aid appliances. Right off the kitchen, the family room is a great place to unwind at the end of the day, open the sliders, feel the fresh ocean breeze and listen to the waves crash. There is a nice dining area with a view of the Oceanside pier in the background. The spacious third bedroom has two queen beds and a huge walk in closet. The fourth bedroom is also on this level and has a queen bed.

AMAZING PROPERTY
I stayed at this home with some of my adult children, and my 3 month old granddaughter and it was wonderful! The home is very spacious, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were shockingly comfortable and the location great!!! If you have young kids you do need to walk a bit to have beach access but we were more than capable using the wagon. ( beach access right across street is limited as the tide rises) I have used vrbo many times for beach homes in Oceanside, San Clemente, Oxnard, etc. This house has been my absolute favorite!! We will be returning next summer!

This was our second year and the owner did not notify me about locking up and denying access to a full bathroom and closet that had been available the previous year. It would have made a difference in our entire booking. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more for all the bathrooms in use. Otherwise we loved it and had a nice time.

Wonderful Stay in Oceanside
We spent a Mothers-day with extended family. The location and home were perfect. There is a very well stocked store a half block away next to a great little coffee shop. Lots of room to spread out with great views. The SPA guy comes right in on Monday morning. There was a sign letting us know it would happen, and it did. He could come after checkout10AM, but he came at 9AM. Overall, great stay. Highly recommended.

Good place. Bad service.
Everything was great except for the garage door. Didn’t open when we came to the place and needed to get ready for a wedding so we had to manually open it. Tried to call the 24/7 contact number but no answer. Tried to leave a message but her mailbox was full. Very frustrating and caused us to be late to my sons wedding. And you might want to fix the flat bike tires in the garage or just trash the bikes. Site says there were buggy boards in the garage but only bikes with flat tires and some old carpet.

It was very nice you could use some mixing bowls that are plastic so they don’t have to use the ceramic all the time also it would be nice to have towels in the bathrooms not downstairs on the first floor but other than that it was quite pleasant thank you very much

Perfect house for large families
The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved watching the sunset over the ocean every night. The family room was the perfect size and comfortable for our party of 7 to enjoy relaxing after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and boogie boards.

This property was perfect. My husband and I had 5 teenagers with us. We all loved this house! Plenty of space & lovely house. Short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Loved our stay and will try to rent this house again!

Amazing weekend away
We had fantastic time in Oceanside. The house was stunning. Clean and beautiful. The location couldn’t be better. The only reason I gave 4/5 and not 5/5 is that the pillows felt very lumpy and not comfortable. And having no basic kitchen basics (ie, salt and pepper at the very least) was frustrating as we were only there for 3 days and it seemed a waste to have to buy it in the store for the one of two dinners we cooked. It would go a long way for travelling guests to not have to buy a bottle of olive oil, salt and pepper a few days prior to boarding a plane again! Overall, loved our stay and would return! Gorgeous spot!

Was beyond what we expected! Very beautiful views of the ocean and perfect for family. We have an infant and 5 year old and it was a perfect walk to the beach and not far from restaurants or local stores/shops, will definitely love to stay again when visiting.

Awesome house with all you could ask for . From the main floor to the great ocean views from the balcony’s. The beach and the downtown area are short walks. The only thing missing is a table and more seating on the top floor balcony.

The house an views were breathtaking.
Love this property. The views of the ocean are breath taking. The hot tub on the patio was a plus. Will rent again. The only problem I had was that the master bedroom, even though it had a view of the ocean did not have it's own bathroom and no closet space. Other than that I give it a 5 star rating
