If you are looking for a fully air conditioned, professionally decorated front ocean view home that will draw the "WOW!" out of you as you enter, you have just found it! You are steps from the beach out our backyard gate.

Located within the beachfront community of Oceanside, California, between the Cape Cod style harbor and the Oceanside pier sits this stunning home with full front ocean views. Enjoy views of the pier, waves, surfers and dolphins from your deck.

This home is totally geared with families of all ages in mind, allowing you to travel light since we've provided 2 pack n' plays, a highchair, stroller, beach toys and no one needs to bring beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas or ice chests. This is a popular home for families, friends and girlfriend groups!

This unique beach home boasts a rare 4 onsite parking spaces (2 enclosed garage spaces for average sized vehicles and 2 driveway spaces for larger vehicles).

Amenities include beautiful and comfortable furniture throughout. The family room has a giant 70 inch high-definition TV with surround sound. All 4 bedrooms have 46-inch flat screen Hi-def TV's. All three master bedrooms are complete with luxurious pillow-top king-size beds. Two of the three king-sized masters have full ocean views. In the third king bedroom you can enjoy your morning coffee in your own private ocean-view patio. The beach/surf themed kids' ocean view bunk room sleeps 4 and has its own attached bath. The family room has an ultra-comfortable queen sized, Tempur-Pedic couch bed. So, the home actually sleeps 12.

The three bathrooms are beautifully appointed in combinations of granite, Travertine, sea glass and marble tiles. Two of the 3 baths are ensuite.

Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, white subway tiles, 2 large refrigerators, Viking professional cook top, silent dishwasher and oven. You will have everything you could possibly need to whip up a great meal or drink. We even provide lobster pots! Prefer not to cook? There are several great restaurants and bars...even an ice cream shop etc. within walking distance.

On the large deck overlooking the Pacific relax and soak in the sun on the chaise lounges. Enjoy 180-degree white water views to the sounds of the ocean and sip on a tropical drink under two large umbrellas or simply enjoy outdoor dining with your family and friends. Backyard entertaining is enhanced by the large stainless steel gas BBQ. Below the deck is a backyard play area for the kids, or just a getaway to talk privately in a tropical setting among the palm trees and bamboo below.

Four beach cruiser bicycles with helmets are available for your enjoyment during your stay. A two-seater 'Radio Flyer' wagon is also available to take the little ones for a ride or to cart items to the beach! Other amenities for your use include boogie boards, children's books and many sand toys for the kids. Here for a week or longer with a group? There are two washers and two dryers in the laundry room.

Our family traveled to Oceanside to celebrate my son’s birthday. This property was perfect for our family of 6. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay in Oceanside at this property. The accommodations are great, the views from the deck are fantastic and Dianne the homeowner, is a pleasure to deal with. The house was well located for the beach, restaurants, Etc. It was well supplied with everything we needed. And added bonus is the two car garage. We are able to fit our Chrysler minivan in there and a pick up truck in the driveway. We are eagerly looking forward to spending another vacation at this property in the future.

Perfect family vacation spot!
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It also looked just like the pictures, if not better in person! The double washer/dryer and extra refrigerator in the garage were an amazing perk with a large group. We also utilized the rolling cooler on the balcony! Amazing views, plenty of space for a large group, easy walk down to the beach. Great communication with the host, Diane. We’re already talking about our next stay! My only recommendations: - Bring bottled drinking water since there is no water system other than tap. Ice is super handy for drinks in the cooler outside! - There are four spots provided for parking (amazing!) but if you have a large car such as a truck or large SUV, they will not fit in the garage or the driveway since there is a public sidewalk going through the driveway. However, there is a super convenient paid public parking lot a few steps down the road that we utilized and it wasn’t too pricy!

The Best of Oceanside
Rarely does a VRBO not simply match but exceed the online description of the accommodations. This lovely beach home does exactly that. First, it is perfectly situated in the town, with spectacular ocean views from the deck and all the front windows, and just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from the best restaurants and shops. Second, the interior is tastefully appointed and entirely comfortable. Third, and a key point for me, the kitchen has everything one needs for in-house cooking. Finally, the owners provide enjoyable welcoming extras and are easily reachable and available for questions or other needs. Our family had a great three days here and plans to return one day. Five stars in every category.

Excellent Beach Vacation
Multigenerational stay for Spring Break. Grandsons loved their bedroom and all of the beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed sitting at the counter. Enjoyed the deck and fantastic sunsets. House is in a very safe ideal neighborhood close to the Harbor and Pier. So much to do for everyone. Appreciated the double washer/dryer and owners responses. 5 star!

We had a wonderful time and the house was lovely with everything we needed. There were nine of us, four adults and five teen boys and there was adequate room for all of us. Diane was a terrific host and Oceanside is a cute community. We hope to return again one day!

Our multi-family group had a terrific stay at this perfect-location property. The pre-arrival emails with directions and recommendations set the tone for the hospitality of our hosts who were very quick to any answer all our questions. The house was lovely and comfortable and allowed our families both privacy and great communal space. Easy walking distance to both the pier and harbor. We made use of the supplied amenities from board games to bikes and the view was amazing! We would rebook in a heartbeat.

The photos of this property are accurate, it's a gem ! Communication was easy with Diane and the property manager. Our family easily felt comfortable and enjoyed all the large windows facing the ocean. Morning coffee while watching the surfers and sailboats was unforgettable. Wonderful House!!
This house was lovely! Everyone in our group loved it. It was impeccably decorated and incredibly well-stocked with everything you will need. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offered plenty of room for our family. Each bathroom was brand new, and the beds were super-comfie! The deck had ample seating for all of us, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean with our morning coffee and evening cocktails! Thank you to our gracious hosts for sharing their house.

Thanksgiving in Oceanside
We spent Thanksgiving week with our family of 8. We were close to the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets, beach walks and surfing. The home was comfortable and beautifully appointed and met our every need. We were greeted with a wonderful bowl of snacks and wine which disappeared instantly after a long day of travel!

Absolutely Perfect for our Annual Girls Trip!
Our group was 7 ladies celebrating our 29th!/maybe 30th?! annual girls trip, and this home was just beautiful and worked wonderfully for us. We all loved the house, especially the view of the ocean and proximity to the ocean (not 'right on' the beach with no privacy, but 1 street across was ideal). Pros: very nice owners, location, parking spots! (more on that later), beautifully and comfortably decorated, great beds, well-stocked and good sized kitchen with nice big breakfast bar, well-stocked towels/linens, lovely patio, and again a great location for going on walks alongside or on the beach in either direction, plus plenty of restaurants etc. nearby if you want to go out. No actual Cons - just a couple things that might be helpful for prospective tenants to note: Re: parking, the 2 outdoor spots can accommodate larger/longer vehicles (such as SUVs), but to park inside the garage, the vehicle(s) need to be on smaller/shorter side to fit. Re: dining table options, the largest and only dining table is on the outdoor patio (which is lovely), and only the large breakfast bar inside is for indoor dining; I mention this because I was slightly nervous when booking about not having an actual dining table indoors in case it was too cold outside, etc., but actually(!) it ended up NOT being an issue at all! The weather was nice and we had plenty of room indoors to eat at the breakfast bar and play games on the coffee table, too! Thank you so much again to Diane and Mike!!

This place is great for families! There were 10 of us; six adults and four children, ranging in age from 14 mo to 74 years. Everyone had a great time! The beach is so close, with lots of opportunities to walk to other attractions. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay
We have 5 kids and did a week in California… Stayed the first few days closer to LA so we could take in some of the sites there, and then wanted to do a few days at a beach house close to the ocean! I searched from San Diego to Ventura in an effort to find something that was aesthetically pleasing, close enough to the water so you could see it, and also offered other opportunity like restaurants and bars in a cute area to explore… And wanted to do all of that finding good value. Well, Diane and Mike’s home really helped me to hit on all cylinders. The views from the deck are absolutely beautiful, the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the home was perfect, an the availability to walk 10 minutes and have an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and the pier was perfect. Our kids range between 9 and 12… And we felt comfortable letting them go for walks on their own, and even making their way down to the beach by themselves. While a small row of homes sit lower than this property between the property and the beach, you can’t beat the view of the ocean, the palm trees, and quite frankly your family on the sand in front of you. As far as the hosts, you won’t find many much better than Diane and Mike. In our 5 days there, there was one small issue, which they communicated to me before I brought it to their attention… And it was fixed shortly there after. There’s nothing better than a proactive host! This is a great property in a great location with great hosts!
