Ochopee Residences

"Cool place, beautiful inside"

"Very clean and well maintained hotel. Would highly recommend."

"poorly maintained property unfortunately the best in town. Noisey room just a general feeling or unclean. Noisey dehumidifier in room for some reason. No frills for sure"

"Great hotel"

"Great location. Clean room. Attentive staff. Friendly check in. Very accommodating."

"Staff was accommodating. Perfect setting and location. We are a repeat customer."

"Absolut gigantisch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Klimaanlage und der Ventilator waren an, das Bett super bequem. Die Kommunikation mit der Leitung war hervorragend. Es schien als ob ich der einzigste Gast war 😄. Am Abend war das Grundstück verlassen, aber ich genoss den Sonnenuntergang, und das Dinner im Café nebenan. Und der Sheriff fuhr mit dem PKW herum. Alles Liebe und Gute, vielen Danke für den Aufenthalt. Andreas"

"The hotel is spacious and comfortable, always enjoy staying there."

"Great staff, lovely room"

"Small town, but great place to stay"

"I like an old fashioned motel that you can park your car right outside your room."

"Nice place for the money."

"Great room and it was a good location and value."

"Ivey House has character and charm; our room was neat, clean, and comfortable and everything worked well. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful all the staff were, from the front desk to housekeeping—we only needed a room for one night, but I would have been happy to stay longer!"

"Loved the area and the hotel was excellent!"

"Nice clean rooms."

"Nicest place we’ve stayed at in Everglades City. Plenty of parking on site for your truck, boat and trailer. This place is literally brand new and extremely clean. Front staff was really friendly too. Honestly no cons. Highly recommended."

"We enjoyed the location and ease of travel to the activities and park locations. There wasn't a kitchenette as listed and not even a counter for the microwave but the fridge worked well. I don't think the bathroom fan worked at all though. There was no room service or breakfast and "social distancing " was the excuse, lame and outdated. The bed was comfortable and TV worked well and lots of hot water and ac. Overall an ok value but not what I'd consider a vacation spot."

"The host did a great jobThe resort was as advertised"
