"L'appartamento è curato e molto spazioso, ideale per una famiglia o 2 coppie. Comodo al mare e con una passeggiata di pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro. Il Sig. Renzo è stato gentilissimo fornendoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie sia prima che durante il soggiorno, rendendosi disponibile in qualsiasi momento per rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ottime affidabilità ed ospitalità. Grazie di tutto."

"Giudizio senza dubbio positivo, appartamento pulito e fornito di ogni necessità. Da sottolineare la presenza dell'impianto di climatizzazione estivo (e invernale, nel caso) e il posto auto riservato davanti all'appartamento. Assenza di spazi esterni "da vivere" ma, personalmente, non ne farei un dramma... Massima disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario nel rispondere ad ogni esigenza, necessità o semplice richiesta di informazioni. Decisamente consigliato, soprattutto se cercate un turismo non...

"La casa è a due passi dal mare! (letteralmente) Arrivati abbiamo trovato la casa in perfetto ordine e pulita! Spiaggia, sia libera che in concessione, vicinissime! Un grazie al proprietario che è sempre stato disponibile e ha risposto a tutti i nostri dubbi!"

"We had a lovely time. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It is a great rural retreat, not to far from the coast and we were able to get to some very pretty towns and villages relatively quickly. This is certainly a beautiful part of Italy. Hugh was very welcoming and informative. The only downside of our stay was the viscous Mosquitos. If you are prone to being bitten you will need insect repellent on night and day."

"Loved our time in this charming hilltop village! Easy drive to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic (but be careful of Google Maps which tried to take us on a more treacherous route). Massignano itself is quiet and beautiful during the day and comes alive at night. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and modern, although got a bit hot at night without A/C. Our family absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend!"

"Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Und gut Ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Zentrale Lage zum Strand, freie Strände sind leider etwas weiter weg. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum von Villa Rosa und auch nach Alba Adriatica. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, da können wir den Hundestrand in in Martinsicuro empfehlen. Gerne wieder,"

"We stayed a week and had a lovely time. The apparent was clean, cute and had everything for a relaxing week. The pool is nice to dip into if it’s too warm. Offida is such a nice place to spend your afternoons and have diner. And Marco is a great host; polite, helpful and only a text away if you need him. The only “negative” is that the internet is not that great...but hey...I read three books in a week so I’m not complaining!"

"Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und außerdem sehr geräumig. Man hatte ausreichend Platz mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Der Außenbereich ist groß und funktionell. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber viele schöne Aussichtspunkte und Strandabschnitte sind in nur wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Der Supermarkt und die Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke...
