“It's a lovely place to stay at, we can even walk to the lake in 2 mins. If we are lucky enough, we can look at the stars at night. The room's very clean, the kitchen is very tidy and tools are clean. The staff we met is very lovely and helpful. The only thing we seems not so clean is the backyard of our room, maybe there wasn't too much people using / went to it, some spider webs were seen at the chairs.”

“Communication prior to arrival practically non existent with no confirmation until the day before that we could check in early. I wasn’t expecting the Hilton but overall cleanliness was terrible. Obviously this premise was used as overflow for social housing and no remodelling since- holes fixed, shower door missing, dirty used toilet brush, filthy short shower curtain in place of broken shower door, I had to clean the mirror to see ourselves, no dishcloth to enable self clean up, no……

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and you can see the beautiful lake view from the room, especially the sunset time. So far the cleanliness of the room just fair. Can’t expect it would be super clean but still good value for money. ”
