“Breakfast offered was extremely poor. Front desk staff was nowhere to be found at times. Hot water in the shower would go cold, then extremely hot without ever touching the facet. ”

“There were unreasonable charges for things like not turning in your keys. The property does not appear to have been updated since it's construction and the rooms smelled of smoke. Most importantly some wires plugged into the walls had scorch marks on them and looked like despite the electrical hazard they had been left there a long time.”
