We were unable to reach the host by text, phone, VRBO messaging or through VRBO agents from 4pm on, the day of check in. We had advised the host when we booked that we would be arriving late, and when the check in link would not work prior to our arrival, we attempted to contact the host several times during our travels to Okotoks.
