This property is located in the deep South near Spruce Meadows which is great for Christmas shopping but it is so well located with the extension of Stony Trail I was able to visit friends in the far NW with just a 30 min. drive. It was also easy to get to South Center Mall and Chinook Center.”

“Nice property with backyard backing on to the side of the valley, and an extensive walking and biking path leading directly to fish creek park and the bow river. Great spot for evening walks. Area is quiet and safe. Home was clean and comfortable, but in need of some more plates, bowls and hand towels. ”
